Most of the Muslimah sisters do not realize or do not know the law in Islam, to do things that are not appropriate in Islam Shariah. Things that are strictly prohibited even the perpetrators threatened a grievous punishment. Even Allah had given a guidance and warning and the replies of the act had done.
1. Liabilities to wear a veil (jilbab)
There is still asking about the obligations of the Veil. Even the basic law is clear, namely:
Al-Ahzab ayah 59 (33:59)
O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft- Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Surah An-Nuur: ayah 31 (24:31)
And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! Turn ye all together towards Allah, that ye may attain Bliss.
A surah which We have sent down and which We have ordained in it have We sent down Clear Signs, in order that ye may receive admonition.
(An-Nuur:1)
The first ayah of An-Nuur surah, which preceded the revelations of the other. This means that the laws in that surah are mandatory law.
Al-Hafizh Ibn Katsir said in his Tafsir:
"Do not the women appeared their jewelry to ajnabi men (not mahram/lawful marriage), except that may not be hidden."
Ibn Masud said: For example, scarves and other fabrics. "The sense is that ordinary cloth veil worn by women in Arab clothing fibers on the bottom wear that appears, and then it is not a sin for him, because it may not be hidden."
Al-Qurthubi say: Exceptions are the face and palms. Shows that it is by what He Abu Daud from Aisyah that she Asma bint Abu Bakr find The Messenger shalallohu 'alahi wa sallam while he wear thin. Then The Messenger turn His face from it and said to her:
"O Asma! Indeed, if a woman has reached the period, not good if there is a visible part of they body, except this. "Then he pointed the face and hands. May Allah give Taufik and there is no other Rabb.”
Also based on the word of Prophet shalallohu 'alahi wa sallam:
"There are a groups that do not will be asked, namely, a men who leave male-jamaah and disobeyed his imam (authorities) and died in the lawlessness condition, a slave woman or a man who fled (from master) and they died, and a woman who abandoned her husband, when her husband had adequate to her life needs, but after that she tabarruj. The three that will not be asked. "(Ahmad VI/19; Al-Bukhari in Al-Arab Al-simplex).
Tabarruj is the behavior of women who appeared to her jewelry and beauty and everything must be closed because arouse male lust. (Fathul Bayan VII/19).
2. Gossip, Gossip = Ghibah
Sorry sis, this is also very often is done without conscious. Ghibah definition, we can see in The Messenger hadits this following:
"Ghibah is you say-word to your brother/sister about something that they hate." The questioner asked again, "O Allah Messenger, how is when the word what is right in there?" He said, "if it is true, it name is ghibah. If not true, it means you have do buhtan (no-trump). "(HR. Muslim, Tirmidzi, Abu Dawud, and Ahmad).
Allah is loathing this act and describing ghibah actors as someone who eat their own dead brother. He said:
O ye who believe! Avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: And spy not on each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, ye would abhor it...But fear Allah. For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.
(QS. Al-Hujurat: 12)
3. Maintaining Voice
Allah had been warned on:
O Consorts of the Prophet! Ye are not like any of the (other) women: if ye do fear ((Allah)), be not too complacent of speech, lest one in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire: but speak ye a speech (that is) just.
(Al Ahzab: 32)
Messenger Shallallahu Wasallam has also said: "Woman is the genitals, when he was out of the house, the devil-decorating hiasinya (create beautiful views from the men so that he had got fitnah)." (HR. At Tirmidzi).
As a muslemah must maintain her sound when speaking in the limits is not deliberately contrived sigh.
4. Shaving eyebrow
Shaving eyebrows, whether done by women, married or not married, with reason of beautify themselves for their husbands or other still underway, even if approved by her husband. Because this is Allah creation that has been created in the best form. And that has come hard and curse threat for the perpetrators. This shows that such acts are forbidden.
5. Applying perfume
From Musa ibn Yasar from Kareena: the fact that he meet a woman smells. So, Kareena said:
O Servants of Allah! Do you want to the mosque? He said: Yes. Kareena said: just go home, and even! Because I have heard the Messenger of Allah said: "If a woman went to the mosque while the odor smells waft Allah did not to receive her pray, so he returned again to his house and get a bath." (Al-Baihaqi III/133).
6. Wearing a transparent and stringent Clothing
Because what the meaning of to close is will not be realized if it transparent. Only then will be inviting defamation (temptations). In this case, the Messenger of Allah has said:
"At the end of my Ummah later there will be women who wearing a cloth but that they (bottom) naked. At the top of their heads like a camel hump. So curs them because they are accursed women. "(At-Thabrani Al-Mujamusshaghir: 232).
7. Clothing wears like men clothes
From Ibn Abbas, who said the Prophet shalallohu 'alahi wa sallam hate the men who behave womanly and women who behave masculinity. He said:
"Remove them from you home. The Prophet also drive out the fulan and Umar also banish the fulan. "
From that Abdullah bin Amr said: I heard the Messenger of Allah shalallohu 'alahi wa sallam said:
"Not including the women among us who equate themselves with men and men who equate themselves with the women." (Ahmad II/199-200)
8. Clothing wears like Kafir women
Sharia has been determined that the Muslims (both men and women) can not do tasyabuh (like) to unbelievers, both in worship, participate celebrate the feast day, and they typically them. Allah Subhanahu The Ta'ala Firman:
Has not the Time arrived for the Believers that their hearts in all humility should engage in the remembrance of Allah and of the Truth which has been revealed (to them), and that they should not become like those to whom was given Revelation aforetime, but long ages passed over them and their hearts grew hard? For many among them are rebellious transgressors.
(Al-Hadid:16)
